1. Booking requests

Appointment slots are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once the system has processed it successfully. We reserve the right to cancel or decline a booking where necessary.

2. Cancellations and reschedules

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email. Late cancellations and no‑shows may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Arrival and payment

Please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in a shorter session at full price. Payment is due at the time of appointment. Accepted methods include card, cash and bank transfer.

4. Health and medical

By booking, you confirm you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions or injuries prior to your appointment.

5. Appointment communications

By using the booking system, you agree to receive appointment-related messages including confirmations, reminders and updates.
